The remaining balance invoice will be sent to your email. 12:00pm-6:00pm events (12:00pm-1:00pm set up event time 1:00-5:00pm Break down 5:00-6:00pm) 6:00pm-12:00am events ( 6:00pm set up event time 7:00pm-11:00pm break down 11:00-12:00am) *****We so offer 7-1am time frame please reserve 6-12am and give us a call to switch times (An additional $300 Refundable Security Deposit Required on All Rentals not included in rental fee) $75 Cleaning Fee will be Deducted from Security Deposits If events require security service a mandatory $300 will be applied for security guard service for 2 guards.
